So Thursday 4th March will see the relaunch of the Kitch-en Gallery; both online and also in the form of a pop-up gallery for a few days which will be in Newcastle.
Here’s a bit of what Kitch-en Gallery have to say about the show and the private view evening;
On the night there will be a specially curated exhibition of Limited Edition Prints, Originals and Vinyl Toys from the likes of Ben the Illustrator, Phlegm, Craww, Alexander James, Joel Millerchip, Matt JOnes aka Lunartik, Mr Arteest, Jessie Douglas, Gonduras Jitomirsky, Myne, Jam Factory, European Animal and maybe a few more but they’re top secret for now.
We’ll also have some live graffiti (proper freestyle spraypainty stuff) by the ever so marvellous Ghetto Method Collective. Mudfoot Blaps will be on the ones and twos bringing you funky sounding delights for your ears and we’ve heard a whisper that legendary North East breakdancers, Bad Taste Cru will be making an appearance. Who knows they might even bust a move or two…
Don’t know about you but I’m well looking forward to it, sounds like it’ll be a great show and an awesome opening night!
Private view is on Thursday 4th March from 6 – 8.30p.m (guest list only, check out their Facebook for more info). The gallery is then open until Saturday 6th March. It’s not on for long so get down quick or you’ll miss out!
The gallery can be found at; 18-20 Ridley Place, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE1 8JN.
